JM Bullion Office Catering: November 2024 – August 2025

Since November 2024, Bluebonnet Catering has been providing breakfast and brunch-style catering for JM Bullion’s office events in the DFW area. As we moved into 2025, we leaned into lighter, summer-friendly options—cold brew, acai bowls, and fresh salads—while keeping a few heartier breakfast and brunch items for variety.

JM Bullion’s office culture is energetic and informal; their events often blend networking with actual work, so food needed to be easy to eat on the go and not too heavy in the heat. We started with a mix of cold and room-temp items that hold up well, and we made coffee a centerpiece—especially cold brew and iced options as the weather warmed up.

Our JM Bullion breakfast and brunch setup often includes a cold brew and iced coffee bar with various milks and syrups so everyone can customize their drink; acai and yogurt bowls with granola, fruit, and honey for a refreshing start; breakfast pastries and fresh fruit for a quick bite; and for brunch we add quiche and croissant sandwiches so there’s something more substantial for those who want it.

For lunch-style options we offer a salad bar with mixed greens, proteins, and dressings, plus cold sandwich platters and wraps so teams can grab something quick and satisfying without needing a full hot lunch setup. That approach has worked especially well for their summer events.

Our most recent JM Bullion event was August 25, 2025—a late-summer breakfast and lunch that highlighted our cold brew bar, acai bowls, and salad and sandwich options. The mix of light breakfast and easy lunch has been a perfect fit for their office culture. We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to many more events.
