Owens Corning Corporate Breakfast Program: September 2024 – March 2025
Classic Southern-style breakfasts and boxed lunches for Owens Corning—eggs, biscuits, grits, and wrap stations since September 2024.

Bluebonnet Catering has been partnering with Owens Corning since September 2024 to deliver corporate breakfasts and lunch options across their DFW locations. Their teams appreciate hearty, familiar breakfasts and the option to grab a proper lunch when meetings run long—so we’ve built a program around classic breakfast and easy, satisfying lunch options.
Owens Corning’s coordinators asked for breakfasts that feel like a real meal—nothing too light or too fancy, just well-made comfort food that holds up for a full morning. We took that as a cue to lean into Southern-inspired classics that we know travel well and please a wide range of tastes. At the same time, we knew some of their events would run past noon, so we built in lunch options that don’t require a second catering run.
Our Owens Corning breakfast menu centers on a hot breakfast spread: scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links, flaky biscuits with gravy, and stone-ground grits with butter and cheese. We add a fruit and pastry station and full coffee and juice service so there’s something for everyone. The biscuits and gravy in particular have become a signature request.
For events that extend into midday we offer boxed lunches with a choice of sandwich, wrap, or salad, plus chips and a cookie—easy to grab and take back to a desk or meeting room. We’ve also run a wrap station with grilled chicken, veggies, and sauces, alongside seasonal sides like coleslaw and fruit salad, for a more interactive lunch option when the format fits.
Our most recent Owens Corning event was March 25, 2025—a full breakfast and lunch setup that gave their team a solid start and a convenient midday meal. The combination of Southern-style breakfast and flexible lunch options has made this one of our most requested corporate programs. We’re honored to serve Owens Corning and excited to continue the partnership.
