Toyota Team Breakfast & Lunch Catering: December 2024 – March 2025
How we’ve been feeding Toyota’s teams with breakfast tacos, migas, and build-your-own sandwich stations since December 2024.
Bluebonnet Catering has been serving Toyota’s DFW teams since December 2024, with a mix of breakfast and lunch that fits early meetings and midday gatherings alike. Our partnership grew out of holiday-season breakfasts and evolved into a regular rhythm of team breakfasts and working lunches through March 2025.
From the start, Toyota’s teams wanted food that felt substantial and on-brand for Texas—nothing too fussy, but clearly made with care. We leaned into crowd-pleasing breakfast items that travel well and hold up on a buffet, and we made sure there was always something for people who prefer a lighter start or need to eat quickly between sessions.
Breakfast is built around Texas favorites: a breakfast taco bar with flour and corn tortillas, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and all the fixings so everyone can build exactly what they want; migas with chips, eggs, and salsa; and breakfast bowls with eggs, black beans, cheese, and avocado. We also set out an oatmeal bar with brown sugar, nuts, and fruit for a lighter option. Coffee, juice, and water are always part of the spread.
For events that run past the breakfast hour, we add a build-your-own sandwich station with assorted breads, deli meats, cheeses, and spreads, plus soup of the day and green and grain salads. That way teams can graze from morning through midday without a second drop-off or a hard cutoff. The combination of hearty breakfast tacos and migas with flexible sandwich and salad options has become a go-to for their planners.
Our most recent Toyota event was March 25, 2025—a combined breakfast and lunch setup that let teams eat on their own schedule. We’re grateful for the partnership and excited to keep the menu fresh as we move forward.
